“A learner brought two guys to come and threaten me with a gun” say terrified educator

A video of a group of pupils mistreating their teacher has gone viral on social media platforms. In the video, which was taken by a learner, a couple of learners are seen blocking the classroom door while their teacher tries to push the the door open from the outside.

The group leave the the door in uniform and quickly disperse into their seats while their teacher falls to the ground and turns into a laughing stock.

The video quickly gained widespread opinion with some teachers also sharing horrible treatment they have recieved from the their learners.

One teacher who goes by the username Periwinkle said “A learner brought two guys to come and threaten me with a gun in class yesterday. I’m slowly losing love for my job”.

This raised concerns as earlier last month a 13-year-old primary school pupil was arrested after allegedly shooting a school principal. He is facing charges of attempt murder.

The victim, a 51-year-old principal at Primrose Hill Primary School, was rushed to the hospital for medical treatment and is recovering.

It was later established that the learner was part of a WhatsApp group that conspired to the shooting.
