Xolani Khumalo nabs hijacker with ammunition and signal jammer

Xolani Khumalo, the former Sizokuthola presenter, and his team took to Mpumalanga following up on drug-related information.

During their investigations, they unexpectedly encountered a hijacking base, recovering bullets and a signal jammer. One suspect was arrested.

It is alleged that off-camera, the suspect “sang like a bird” and dished out incriminating information about his criminal activities.

Earlier this year Xolani Khumalo and his team made headlines in Bela-Bela for cracking down on drug lords. Bela-Bela, located in Waterberg Limpopo, has been known as a hotspot for drug activity, especially involving Nyaope.

On 9 March 2024, Khumalo and his crew made a significant arrest, nabbing six Nigerian and Somalian drug dealers including a big drug lord known as Pikini who is not only selling but manufacturing drugs and has well equipped drug manufacturing lab.

It was also alleged that it was not the first time Pikini had been arrested but previously walk away a free man.
