Skeem Saam’s Meikie Maputla set to be replaced

Actress Florence Masebe is set to join the popular SABC 1 soap opera, Skeem Saam.

According to reports by Phil Mphela, Masebe will be taking on the role of Meikie Maputla, a character previously portrayed by Harriet Manamela.

Manamela, who unfortunately had to be placed on sick leave, will have her last scene for the season air on the 5th of April 2024.

Following her departure, Masebe will step into the shoes of Meikie Maputla from the 15th of May 2024, temporarily taking over the character.

Masebe is no stranger to the entertainment industry.

She has an impressive career spanning over two decades, with numerous notable roles in film, television, and theater.
