Cheating wife and boyfriend gets arrested or murder

A love triangle turned fatal after a cheating wife and her boyfriend were arrested for murder. Bayview detectives worked tirelessly trying to connect all the dots regarding the murder of Bradley Singh (38).

His lifeless body was found on the morning of 21 November 2022, on a pathway on 27th Avenue in Umhlathuzana, Chatsworth. The victim sustained multiple stab wounds on the body. At the time of the incident, the motive appeared to be the robbery as the deceased’s cellphone and bag were nowhere to be found. As the investigation progressed, information revealed that the victim’s cheating wife and her boyfriend were involved in the murder.

Cheating wife and boyfriend appear in court

Following an intensive investigation, detectives arrested Loretha Somone Ramrathan (29) and Zace Wendell Leo Brock (37) on 24 February 2023. The pair then appeared before the Chatsworth Magistrates Court on 27 February 2023. They were remanded in custody until 02 March 2023 for a formal bail application.

In a separate incident, three suspects, Ntokozo Sithole (27), Siyabonga Mkhatshwa (29) and Donald Mhlanga (27) appeared at the Barberton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 28 February 2023.  They were all remanded in custody. The court appearance of the trio follows their arrest by members from Barberton police. Their arrested is in connection with the murder of Sanele Themba (30).

According to reports, on Sunday 26 February 2023, police were called to attend a strange and sad scene. The scene was of a man who had succumbed from unnatural causes at the Barberton General Hospital.

Upon arrival police discovered that the victim had sustained some stab wounds the his upper body. A murder case was then opened and a probe immediately began. Investigations later revealed that he was stabbed at a party in Barberton.

Thereafter in an attempt to save his life, the man was taken to hospital by his friends on the same day around 04:30. However, he unfortunately died few moments later.

The investigation further led police to the three suspects.They were cornered and arrested at their respective residential places on the same day, 26 February 2023. The three will appear again on Thursday for a formal bail application.
