Man killed for having sex a goat

A 21-year-old man from KwaZulu-Natal attempted to break into the home and failed. An angry mob then killed him for having sex with the homeowner’s goat.

Constable Thenjiswa Ngcobo, a spokesman for the KwaZulu-Natal police, said that the goat’s 61-year-old Qwayinduku owner was sound asleep when she heard a window break early on Monday.

She called out to warn the person that she had a bush knife and would use it if they tried to enter.

The man fled and went on to have sex with the woman’s goat.

Ngcobo said, “She called her son, who was sleeping in another house when she heard her goat crying. The man was caught in the act and subsequently killed.”

The woman’s son alerted the community, the suspect was killed by the villagers. They beat him to death.

“Police were called to the murder scene [in the] Qwayinduku area, where the 21-year-old man was found with head and face injuries. He was declared dead on the scene,” Ngcobo said.

Ngcobo noted that a murder case was being looked into by the Mtunzini police.
