Horrific t*rture of 9-year-old boy in Klapmuts leads to 3 arrests

Three men have been arrested in Klapmuts, Western Cape, after a video surfaced on social media depicting the t*rture of a nine-year-old boy, allegedly for theft.

The disturbing footage, captured on January 27, shows the child being subjected to electrocution and waterboarding.

The suspects, aged between 21 and 34, were seen tying the boy’s hands to a steel hand saw with cable ties, shocking him via jumper lead clamps connected to a car battery.

How the torture went down

The distressing video reveals the child’s cries as he is t*rmented, with the attackers tightening cable ties and using electrocution methods to force him to speak the truth.

The young victim is further subjected to waterboarding, as he is placed head-first into a bin filled with water.

Throughout the ordeal, children’s laughter can be heard in the background.

The arrested individuals, identified as Justin Limco (21), Nathan Niewenhuis (24), and Zane Marthinus (34), face charges of assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

According to unconfirmed reports, the boy may be mentally challenged.

Colonel Andre Traut, the Western Cape police spokesperson, confirmed the arrests and stated

“Justin Limco, 21, Nathan Niewenhuis, 24, and Zane Marthinus, 34, are being accused of an assault on a nine-year-old boy. Their last court appearance was yesterday (Tuesday) in Paarl, and the case has been postponed for a bail application.”
