Retract your corruption allegations or see you in court – NSFAS board chair Khosa takes on Outa

NSFAS board chair Ernest Khosa is demanding that the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) retract corruption allegations made against him.

According to him, the allegations are baseless and have no merit.

Khosa has categorically denied any involvement in corrupt activities and has expressed his willingness to cooperate with any investigation to clear his name.

In a statement released by his legal team, Khosa said, “I am appalled by these unfounded allegations made against me by OUTA. I have always conducted myself with integrity and have never been involved in any corrupt activities. These allegations are damaging to my reputation and I demand that they be retracted immediately.”

The allegations made by OUTA are highly damaging to Khosa’s reputation and could potentially tarnish his career.

He has vehemently denied any involvement in corrupt activities and has stated that he is willing to take legal action to defend his name.

Khosa has also expressed his willingness to cooperate with any investigation to prove his innocence.

In response to the allegations, OUTA has stated that they stand by their claims and are willing to defend them in court.

The organisation has accused Khosa of being involved in corrupt activities and has called for a thorough investigation into his conduct.

However, Khosa maintains that the allegations are baseless and has called on OUTA to retract them immediately.
