Dr Mthombeni recently graduated from The Colleges of Medicine of South Africa (CMSA) under the College of Diagnostics Radiologists of South Africa. However this was not the only reason people were congratulating him and his wife.

Over the past couple of months there has been rumours that the adored couple might be expecting their first child. These speculations were fuelled by the obvious weight that Liesl Laurie has recently picked up and the change in dressing style.

Not only has she gain a bit of weight but has completely changed her style from revealing to conservative, especially around the stomach area. This has left fans convinced that they are hiding a baby bump in plain sight.
