Palesa Mofokeng’s mum alleges her ex-hubby killed her because of greed
The murder of 33-year-old Palesa Mofokeng has torn her family apart.
Tseleng Mathibela, Mofokeng’s mother, tearfully recounted the last moments she shared with her daughter on the fateful Friday morning.
Little did they know that it would be their final farewell as Mofokeng’s life was brutally cut short just hours later.
Mofokeng’s life was tragically taken in a heinous act of violence, as eight bullets were mercilessly fired at her while she was on her way to work in Vanderbijlpark, near Curro Private School and North West University on Currie Boulevard.
The brazen attack in broad daylight has sent shockwaves through the community, prompting an outpouring of condolences and messages of support on social media platforms.
Described as a dedicated teacher by the school where she worked, Mofokeng’s untimely passing has left a void in the lives of those who knew her.
The circumstances surrounding her death point to a sinister conspiracy allegedly orchestrated by medical doctor Tumelo Raymond Ntholeng, his cousin, a driver, and a hitman, who have since been apprehended in connection with the crime.
Tseleng Mathibela, grieving the loss of her daughter, pointed to greed as the motive behind the tragic incident.
“She woke up in high spirits, fed her daughter breakfast on her lap, [but] death was waiting for her as she exited her home, heading to work.”
That is the last time she was seen alive.
