Khama Billiat’s salary at his new club revealed and its nowhere near what he earned at Kaizer Chiefs

The talented footballer has returned to local football after a successful career in South Africa, signing a one-year contract with Yadah Stars Football Club.

Despite interest from prominent teams like Dynamos and Manica Diamonds, it was Yadah Stars Football Club that secured his signature in a surprising turn of events.
The negotiations surrounding Billiat’s contract were not without drama, with initial agreements falling through due to payment schedule disagreements.
Manica Diamonds entered the fray with an enticing offer, but it was Yadah Stars FC that ultimately won over Khama Billiat with a lucrative deal.
Under the revised agreement, Billiat is set to earn an impressive US$5,000 (R98,000) per month, making him one of the highest-paid players in the league.
This salary is nowhere near the R800,000 per month he got at Kaizer Chiefs.
Scott Sakupwanya, a shareholder at Yadah FC, played a crucial role in securing Billiat’s signing by presenting him with an attractive proposition.
The deal includes a monthly salary of US$5,000 and a sign-on fee of US$20,000, showcasing the club’s determination to strengthen their team and compete at the highest level.
