A viral video shows Cyan, whose real name is Honor Zuma, and a man identified as DJ Maphorisa relaxing on her apartment patio, prompting discussions about their unexpected relationship.

DJ Maphorisa, whose real name is Themba Sekowe, is a leading music producer and DJ.

He was previously in a relationship with actress and DJ Thuli “Thuli P” Phongolo.

Speculation about his new romance has reignited interest in his past with Phongolo, with many users on X mentioning her. In a now-deleted post, she clarified, “I’m not dating Phori; let that man live, man.”

In July, Phongolo hinted at her single status with a post stating, “When you’re single but everyone still thinks you’re dating your ex … I hate that mess. Count me out. 😒.”

Once one of Mzansi’s most talked-about couples, DJ Maphorisa and Thuli P’s relationship was marked by controversy, including an arrest after she filed an assault charge that was later dropped.
