REQUIREMENTS :
Education
Grade 12 certificate.
Competencies:
- Good numerical
- organisational and communication skills
- Sound interpersonal relations.
- Ability to continuously execute bodily strenuous work below pressure.
- Computer literacy will be a recommendation.

DUTIES :
- Receive, date stamp, manipulate and distribute incoming documents.
- Locate files and vicinity documents.
- Administer postal service.
- Maintain submitting device and registers as prescribed.
- Pend archives for future reference.
- Handle outgoing mailand faxes.
