Minimum Requirements :
To be successful in this role you need to be able to communicate effectively (verbal) in English, have basic numeracy skills, and possess basic interpersonal relationship skills. Additionally, good organising skills and basic literacy/computer skills are beneficial. You must also have a valid South African Code 8 (EB) driving license.
DUTIES :
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering mail, packages, and documents to and from various locations within the organization. They will also be responsible for distributing and collecting documents within the directorate.
Maintain and update records of delivered and received documents, as well as assisting with related filing tasks in the registry office. This may include traveling to delivery destinations on foot, by bicycle or by car, as well as occasional help with more general registry functions.
