Sundowns targets Kaizer Chiefs best player

One of Arthur Zwane and Kaizer Chiefs’ greatest players, who is presently valued at over R11 million, is being pursued by Mamelodi Sundowns. Rumour has is that currently, Sundowns are focusing on one of the finest Chiefs players.

He is also a favourite of Amakhosi supporters, who will not want to see him depart Naturena.

Gavin Hunt, SuperSport United, and Sundowns have all expressed interest in Njabulo Blom, according to Goal.

Therefore, should their contractual obligations not be met, Blom and his agent Rob Moore now have choices.

Zwane and the Amakhosi management will not want to lose Blom, though.

He performed admirably as the Chiefs defeated the Pirates in the Soweto derby. Being able to play numerous possessions and being strong on both defense and attack for the Glamour Boys makes him a valuable asset to Amakhosi.

Sundowns targets Blom

As The South African previously reported, Blom is currently valued at R11 million.
At this time, negotiations between Blom, his agent Moore, and Amakhosi management have failed because no one can come to an agreement.

Blom’s party is in favour of raising wages, but Chiefs have not yet been able to commit to doing so. He may, however, have greater negotiating leverage now that both Sundowns and SuperSport are interested in him.

Therefore, Chiefs management should act fast to avoid losing one of their best players.

This notion is shared by former player, Junior Khanye.

“I wish the club can resolve his contract situation and not allow it to reach a stage where he can sign a pre-contract with another club. The boy has proven himself,” Khanye stated on iDiskiTimes.

Before he inks a pre-contract with Sundowns, Hunt’s SuperSport United, or any other club prepared to fulfill his wage demands, Amakhosi management needs to fix his contract issue.
