Orlando Pirates turn their attention on 32-year-old eSwatini veteran

Orlando Pirates talent scouts have reportedly set their sights on Sabelo “Sikhali” Ndzinisa, the current leading goal-scorer in the eSwatini MTN Premier League with an impressive tally of 15 goals after 19 rounds.

Ndzinisa’s exceptional performance has caught the attention of the Pirates, following his standout season in the CAF Champions League.

Ndzinisa’s remarkable display in the CAF Champions League, where he showcased his talent with two stunning goals against Songo FC, has solidified his reputation as a top-tier player.

His outstanding performance in the Africa Cup of Nations preliminary qualifiers has also garnered interest from Moroccan clubs, as well as Zambian Premier League sides.

Last season, the 32-year-old striker netted 11 goals and provided an equal number of assists for his team, Green Mamba, in the eSwatini league.

Despite both parties reaching an agreement for a potential transfer, negotiations with Prison Leopards failed to materialize.

Green Mamba, eventually securing the MTN Premiership title and qualification for the continental competition, was unable to finalize the deal for Ndzinisa’s departure.

The Pirates’ interest in Ndzinisa signifies their recognition of his exceptional goal-scoring prowess and skill on the field.

As one of the top goal-scorers in the eSwatini league and a standout performer in continental competitions, Ndzinisa’s potential move to Orlando Pirates could mark a significant milestone in his career.
