Orlando Pirates former star valued at R7 million finally finds new club

Former Orlando Pirates wing-back Wayde Jooste reportedly finally found a new club.The 31-year-old has been out of work since leaving the Buccaneers at the end of last season.

Despite a long process at SuperSport United, Gavin Hunt’s side decided against signing him for ‘financial reasons’.

However, the tide has turned for Jooste, whose comeback is now complete.
Jooste was reportedly recruited by Fadlu David’s Maritzburg United.

The Team of Choice desperately hopes that Jooste’s experience will help them avoid the dreaded downfall.

Maritzburg United are currently bottom of the DStv Premiership newspaper scoreline heading into half-time.

Jooste isn’t the only new signing expected to be unveiled in the coming days

“Maritzburg United are expected to announce the arrival of three new players in their attempts to beef up coach Fadlu Davids’ squad.” an SABC Sport report read.
