Football star’s ex-wife reveals she left him for another man because he was “too perfect”

Kaka’s ex-wife, Caroline Celico, has opened up about the reason behind their split, citing that the former football superstar was “too perfect” for her.

The Sun reports that the couple, who tied the knot in 2005 after a long history together, eventually divorced in 2015 after just under a decade of marriage.

Despite sharing two children, Caroline expressed that she felt a sense of discontent in their relationship.

In a candid revelation, Caroline shared, “Kaka never betrayed me, he treated me well, he gave me a wonderful family, but I was not happy, something was missing. The problem was, he was too perfect for me.”

The admission sheds light on the complexities of their union and the personal struggles that Caroline faced within the marriage.

Following their separation, Caroline delved into her own pursuits, embracing her role as an Evangelical pastor and founding the charity Horizontal Love, dedicated to supporting Brazilian NGOs with essential supplies and resources.

Over the years, both Caroline and Kaka have found new paths in their personal lives and relationships.

Caroline, now married to Eduardo Scarpa Julião and expecting their first child, has embarked on a new chapter filled with love and excitement.

Meanwhile, Kaka has also moved forward, finding happiness with partner Carolina Dias, whom he has been dating since 2017.

The couple recently got engaged, with Kaka expressing his joy and gratitude for their relationship on social media.
