Job Description:

• The normal motive for this job is to motion the Commercial Email Box consisting of devoted mail bins and person requests and queries in a quickly manner to the relevant coordinator, and/or department.
• To comply with up on purchaser updates, variance orders, key holder updates.
• Open Scape reviews and Open Order Lists.
• Receive and control calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
• Utilize the CRM platform (Pulse).
• Receive Purchase orders and comply with up with client’s
• Follow up with ETA for technicians to be at site
• Troubleshoot with customers to perceive the problem, and provide a workable solution
• Work on Pulse, Listener, Open Scape and SAP with proper Excel and Microsoft Office abilities for handover files, and time limits to be met.
• Ensure that the SOP of the branch is followed, and have a excessive trendy carrier shipping rate.
• Be in a position to work nicely with all exclusive areas inside the branch as nicely as the different entities of Fidelity (Guarding, Operations, Subscriber, Fire etc)
• Assist Management with day by day duties and cut-off dates to be met
• Courtesy calls and far off support
• Log and tune calls and help with admin support
• Follow through with jobs moreover delivered to your scope of work
• Standby help (on rotational basis)

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification or equivalent
• Computer Literate (MS Office, superior Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
• Professional and nicely presented
• Ability to work properly beneath pressure
