Da LES spotted at barber after stroke recovery

Da LES, who had a stroke in July, was admitted to hospital ahead of his 39th birthday and is still recovering.
A close friend of the rapper previously spoke to Zimoja and revealed that Da LES is conscious but unable to speak or move.
“He can see and hear everyone, but he cannot speak or move. He was placed in intensive care at a private hospital in Sandton before being moved to a public hospital a day ago,” the friend said. The friend also mentioned that Da LES’ eyes show a strong fighting spirit.
In October, MDN News reported that Da LES had returned home, where he was seen celebrating his daughter’s birthday while continuing his recovery.
In July, Sowetan reported that Da LES, whose full name is Leslie Mampe, suffered a stroke.
His family confirmed in a statement that he had the stroke at home on Friday, 26 July 2024, and was hospitalised.
