Club trotting Gabadinho Mhango set for another epic move

Moroka Swallows striker Gabadinho Mhango has caught the eye of Sekhukhune United, with coach Lehlohonolo Seema expressing admiration for the talented striker.

Mhango has emerged as a key target for Sekhukhune as they look to bolster their squad for the upcoming season and make a serious push for trophies.

A source close to the club revealed that Sekhukhune United is focused on bringing in high-quality players to enhance their competitiveness and strive for success.

The team’s management is determined to secure silverware, with aspirations of reaching the final of the Nedbank Cup after falling short in the previous season.

The source stated, “Mhango is one of the guys who has been identified as someone who could come and help the team. He is a very talented striker and someone who has a lot of experience playing in the DStv Premiership. If you look at him now, you can see that there is still a lot of hunger in him.”

With a large squad size of close to 40 players, the club’s leadership believes that increased competition will raise the overall standard of the team and drive success.

The source added, “It’s not like the team doesn’t have players who can do the job, it is just that there needs to be competition. They (the bosses) feel like some players are relaxed because there is no competition. With so much investment in the team, there is a need to strengthen it.”
