Musa Khawula| The real truth about his sentence
Fake news are circulating which wre falsely claiming that controversial gossip blogger Musawenkosi “Musa” Khawula has been sentenced to 15 years for the murder of his ex-boyfriend.
According to @AdvoBarryRoux, Musa Khawula is allegedly already serving his sentence for killing his late boyfriend, and his controversial social media accounts have allegedly been taken over by his on and off again friend Inno Morolong.
However, the truth is that Khawula appeared at the Vredenburg Magistrates Court on October 5, where the case was postponed to January 23, 2024, for a pretrial hearing.
Khawula is facing charges of stabbing Wandile Khambule in March last year, after an argument outside Khambule’s residence.
Amid the fast spreading news, Khawula’s fans are seeking information about his whereabouts. His absence on YouTube, where he last uploaded a video a month ago, has led some of his followers to speculate that socialite Inno Morolong is now managing his popular Instagram account.
IOL Entertainment reached out to Morolong’s representatives for a statement but no comment was recieved.
Attempts to reach Khawula have been unsuccessful as his phone remains unanswered, and he hasn’t responded to text messages. During his last court appearance, Khawula reportedly had difficulty walking or standing in the dock. He explained that he had sustained an injury while exiting a car and sprained his ankle.
