The Road Accident Fund organisation is currently seeking applications from eligible, unemployed graduates who are between the ages of 18 and 35 for a Learnership opportunity. This is an excellent chance for those who have completed grade 12 to gain work experience and obtain a SAQA qualification.

The intern will be involved in various aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, reviewing employee performance and filing paperwork. They will also be responsible for maintaining the department’s filing system and ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.

Competencies: The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will be detail-oriented and have the desire and potential to learn new things. They will also be self-motivated and able to prioritize
