The couple was arrested on Tuesday, 8 November 2022, in accordance with a court order after the squad laboriously tracked them to a hiding place in Knysna.

Upon searching their place, two unlicensed firearms were recovered. A case of unlawful possession of firearms has now been included

In the next week, the couple will be moved to a Gauteng court to answer the initial fraud charge.
