Requirements for Administration Clerk
Needs to have at least Grade 12 or higher, a working grasp of the internet and the MSS package, as well as computer literacy. Government cars may be managed and inspected. The candidate must be able to organise, plan, and inspect a fleet. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and all hours of the day. Must be able to work under pressure. The ability to achieve and maintain strong relations with personnel is necessary to maintain good interactions with stakeholders.
Duties
The responsibilities include coordinating transportation services. Make sure the drivers and fleet schedules are available. Vehicle inspection before and after travel. There is a distribution of tractors and vehicles. keeping fleet records current. Prepare the transport section’s equipment and material ordering. By using transportation tools and supplies, transportation is kept safe.
Within the transport section, you must produce and compile several reports. Transport rules and procedures, as well as national core standards and the ideal hospital standard framework, should be followed. Any additional official tasks assigned by the manager will be carried out.
