Premier League star was fired by McDonald’s after just 2 days before he followed his dreams

Tottenham Hotspur’s rising star, Dejan Kulusevski, may be making waves on the football pitch, but off the field, he’s embarking on a different kind of journey – one that involves mastering the art of cooking.

The 23-year-old midfielder has set his sights on becoming a culinary maestro, a far cry from his brief stint at McDonald’s as a teenager.Recalling his humble beginnings, Kulusevski revealed, “I did work at McDonald’s! It was my first job. My best friend, his father worked there. I worked there for two days and didn’t go back. So it was a good week off!”

Despite his short-lived tenure as a cleaner at the fast-food chain, the experience left a lasting impression on him.

While his McDonald’s days may not have been the highlight of his career, Kulusevski is now channeling his efforts into experimenting in the kitchen at home.

He shared, “I like meat and I am learning, looking at YouTube. I don’t like numbers so I don’t like recipes — trying to make things up.”

The ambitious midfielder’s determination to hone his culinary skills mirrors his dedication on the pitch.
